recipe for a rainy sunday


A steaming cup of chai tea:

1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamom
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 14 oz can condensed milk

Mix spices and condensed milk thoroughly. Refrigerate 24 hours, if you can wait that long. Then, brew a strong black tea, such as Assam. Stir in 1/2 to 2 heaping teaspoons of chai mix per cup of freshly steeped tea.

Excuse me. I need to go dig through our cupboards to see if there's any condensed milk in the house.
